SELECTED WRITINGS

Effective communication demands that ideas, and the words which express them, be crafted in a way that appeals to independent decision makers - such as editors - and thereby reach the broader audience they serve.
More than most places, New York has a strong tradition of the value of communication. From the trial of newspaperman John Peter Zenger, which established the principle we call freedom of the press, to the development of home-grown writers like James Fenimore Cooper and Washington Irving, to New York City’s pre-eminent status as communications capitol of the world, this is a place where dynamic communication earns a high premium.
